Question: If these illegal DACA were to be arrested and charged for the "take over" of congress members' offices, wouldn't that be a lawbreaking act that would result in their DACA status being revoked?

DACA TAKING OVER CONGRESS MEMBERS' OFFICES

United We Dream, funded via a George Soros nonprofit, is promoting the "taking over" of congress members'offices to demand passage of a DREAM Act.  Below is a United We Dream press release about DACA recipients taking over the Republican Congress Members' offices of Bob Goodlatte, Martha McSally, Michael McCaul and Raul Labrador. These congress members are in support of legislation that would fund the wall, end chain migration, increase the number of border patrol agents and grant DACA legal status. THE PROTESTERS HELD POSTERS WITH PHOTOS OF EACH CONGRESS MEMBER WITH THE WORDS "DREAM KILLER" UNDERNEATH THE PHOTOS.

PLEASE CALL THE CONGRESS MEMBERS, whose offices were taken over by DACA recipients, AND TELL THEM NO DACA AMNESTY HELP AMERICANS!  Click on the link to the congress members' websites to view their home districts. If it's after business hours, leave a voice mail message.

Washington, D.C. – Today, immigrant youth from North Carolina, California, Texas and Washington state returned to Capitol Hill to take over the offices of Republican Reps. Bob Goodlatte (VA), Michael McCaul (TX), Raúl Labrador (ID), and Martha McSally (AZ)to brand them as Dream Killers: obstructionists of the Dream Act who are allowing immigrant youth to become targets for deportation.

Dream Killers Goodlatte, McCaul, Labrador, and McSally introduced legislation early this week which uses temporary legal status to immigrant youth to cut family-based migration and the diversity visa program. Today’s action came as immigrant youth and activist Alyssa Milano visited the offices of four Republican House Members in California while angry Trump supporters tried to shout them down and yelled “white power!” (NOTE: Citizens for enforcing immigration law counter rallied the United We Dream DACA bus tour in Orange County, CA. At no time did anyone yell, "white power." Of course there is no video of this because it did not happen. United We Dream is publishing lies!)

United We Dream members nationwide are calling out the Republican Dream Killers who are working against the Dream Act both online and at their offices.

Deya Aldana, United We Dream organizer and potential beneficiary of the Dream Act:

“Republicans are standing in the way of the Dream Act, so we marched back up to Capitol Hill to takeover the offices of Representatives Goodlatte, McCaul, Labrador, and McSally to demand they stop their obstructionism and pass the Dream Act by January 19.

“The clock is ticking and with each passing day, immigrant youth who immigrated to this country as minors are losing their livelihood.

“Today we made it clear that we will not jeopardize our parents or other immigrant communities in order to live our lives with safety. We won’t back down — it’s on Congress to deliver the bipartisan Dream Act with a pathway to full citizenship by January 19th.”

Jonathan Zapeta, undocumented youth member at United We Dream – Houston, said:

“When I was in Dream Killer McCaul’s office, I looked around the room and saw McCaul’s pride for Texans, but what everyone needs to know is that his enforcement heavy approach only serves to replicate the same atmosphere of fear and surveillance that our community members in the Rio Grande Valley face under the constant watch of Border Patrol and ICE.

“We won’t throw our communities under the bus and we don’t want second class citizenship. On January 19th, Congress needs to do what is right and pass the Dream Act without hurting other communities.”
