The company changed its name from AAE to Infrastructure Engineers after the investigation became public. Has a proper background check been conducted into all the companies applying? Is this the direction the city is moving after the Noguez scandal, the trash company scandal in 2015, the appointment of illegal aliens to city commissions, the HP Tow bribery scandal, the Metro Transit contract controversy and Mario Beltran and Councilwoman Ortiz' brother, and Councilwoman Macias controversial business relationship with Efren Martinez?
