Huntington Park City Council: I Am Suing You for False Arrest

To the Huntington Park City Council:

News travels face in Los Angeles County, even if coming out of the print of the declining Los Angeles Times.

I am suing the city for your unlawful orders to have me removed from the city council  meeting, then to have me arrested.

June 6th 2017 was indeed a sad day for Huntington Park. A private citizen was arrested for no reason. Sergeant Joseph Settles issued an unlawful order based on the convoluted, erroneous information from Chief of Police Cosme Lozano and in turn a corrupt liar in the audience whom you believed.
You had no right to remove me, and now more people are fully aware that you lied to the public. You have violated my civil rights before, as you did when you had Dr. Robert Newman removed for no reason as well as myself that day. Betty Retama was removed for violating the rules of order, yet subsequent speakers on that same day broke the same rules and you did nothing about them.

You have been in full violation of the Brown Act on other occasions, like cancelling the corrupt HP Tow contract at a hurriedly scheduled special meeting on December 23, 2015—two days before Christmas!

I am suing the city for civil rights violations, defamation of character, emotional distress, and harassment. I cannot believe that the police department is so incompetent that they issue notices to appear and not have my name listed.

This is mere proof that Cosme the Clown is corrupt and has no authority to represent the fine officers of the HP Police Department, including Sergeant Alex Escobar and Officer Soberanis, who both assisted me when I was assault in the city parking lot on November 7.

All of this happens while you still continue to allow two illegal aliens to remain on your city commissions. We have not gone away, although your most ardent supporters have disappeared, most likely dispirited by the fact that President Trump is fulfilling his promises to secure our borders, stop illegal immigration, and put Americans First.

Your side is losing, our side is winning. President Trump’s travel ban has been fully implemented, and sanctuary cities such as yours will lose funding. I also support Congressman Todd Rokita's bill, called the SLAP Act — Stopping Lawless Actions of Politicians Act — which states that any elected official who refuses to enforce immigration laws, such as those in sanctuary cities, could face up to five years in prison and a $1 million fine.

Be prepared for another lawsuit—along with the Utility Users’ Tax repeal—that fight has only begun. The Two illegals have to go, and the rest of you will go to jail, and the city will go bankrupt with your moral bankruptcy.
