  1. San Diego (Point Loma Cabrillo Point). Like the military cemeteries at Westwood (UCLA area) and Arlington Virginia, this beautiful military cemetery is located in one of the most valuable (sought after) properties on this planet. The views of the city, bay, and ocean are unbelievable. The cemetery grounds are pristine. Located next to an active Naval Base and famous Point Loma Cabrillo Point Lighthouse. Great way to spend a few hours if visiting San Diego. You won't be disappointed. Grave markers from the Civil War, World War II, World War II, Korea, Vietnam as well as more recent noted /represented. Generations of military veterans from all branches of services including some spouses of the Fallen or deceased. Must see. Free to visitors. Daylight hours (more hours in the summer less and the winter). Plan your visit today! Gain perspective on this great country. Nice photos Arthur. Picture(s) worth a thousand words. Clean male and female restrooms located at main entrance, and transgender restrooms located at Peet's Coffee 955 Catalina Blvd Suite 103, San Diego, CA 92106.
