Cudahy City Council Meeting Highlights (August 14, 2017)

The August 14, 2017 Cudahy City Council meeting was an orderly affair.

Extensively orderly, and some could argue excessively orderly. I had to wait in a long line with a large number of other Cudahy residents in order to get inside. The sheriff's deputies now check everyone's bags to ensure that there are no weapons in the chambers.

Before the line-up, I had told friends of mine that I would go to the city council meeting as long as the parking lot was open. If the sheriff closed the parking lot to the public, then I was not going. There is no reason for anyone to put their life or property at risk on streets where Brown Supremacist thugs can cause damage. No one should have to endure such racist hatred.

Key sections of the parking lot were cordoned off, as expected, but now the deputies on site were telling me not to go to certain sections of the parking lot. I did record at least six deputy vehicles within the lot. At least 13 deputies were on site, too.

Most of the people attending the meeting wanted to stop the marijiuana zoning ordinances. Cudahy is just one suare mile, with seven schools located within the city. The average age is 27, which indicates a young population.

As I lined up, I noticed former Maywood City Councilman Felipe Aguirre, who had attended the Brown Supremacy summit at UC Riverside as a guest speaker, along with Blanca Gomez. Current Mayor of Cudahy Chris Garcia was supposed to speak at that even, too, but did not arrive--for whatever reason. I called out Aguirre multiple times, even though I had identified him by the wrong name. The whole Brown Power movement is sickening and offensive.

While walking into the Turner Center, I noticed a remnant of the left-wing "Defend Movement", including the left-wing BS Media camera man, RG Wong, and Rheema Hope, who is the younger lad pictured in back:

When I would confront them to say "hello", they walked away from me. Even  more interesting, creepy little RG did not have her many flashlights on her. What was their problem? They seemed very unhappy, even apathetic. Later on, they gathered around their token youth Joseph Moreno--another example of the Left's misuse and abuse to further their Left-Wing agenda.

It was vindicating to call them out on their abuse. It was gratifying to see them cower away in shame.

Sean Van, a paramedic, joined me at the Cudahy City Council meeting to protect me, just in case any of the hostile alt-left elements tried to harm me. It was great to have him there, as more of the Trump team and other patriots arrived about half an hour later.

Within minutes of my sitting down, Alan Garcia, the one who called me "a child" last February, came by. I said to him "Uestion paso guey?" to just say hi. He got really angry, uestioned me twice "what did you say?!" then he rushed over, ripped my hat off, then threw it to the ground.

Outrageous! That guy has serious emotional issues. He has gone out of his way to antagonize people, especially Harim when we went to Maxine Waters' town hall in Inglewood, CA three months ago. That's not the first time he has had disturbing outburts of temper. He had grabbed Pamela Munguia by the hand last year. She ended up filing a restraining order against him. Twice he would shout out in the audience for me to "shut up". One time, he screeched at me from the hallway. Captain Biagini (before his retirement), told him to leave.

This time, the deputies confronted him, as did I, and he was forced to leave.

WINNING!

Then Edin "Americans are Wetbacks" Enamorado showed up. I shamed him about Alan Garcia's behavior. Then I pushed back when he told me about "Malibu".

Check it out, Edin!

The meeting rolled into place , and a few presentations followed. They were not very compelling.

Then came public comment. Most of the public spoke out against the marijuana zoning. The powerful statements from parents and even young people in the city was really inspiring.

During my comments, I praised Jeff Sessions and President Trump for their work against illegal immigration. I also exposed Garcia's connections with the Neo-Nazi Brown Supremacist Left, particularly the meeting in UC Riverside.

After my public comments, I went outside to find that there were multiple sheriff's deputies all over the place. Screaming and yelling dominated the background and on the sidewalk.

It was incredible! I could not believe that so much personnel was on stand-by at the meeting!

Cudahy, CA is going to go bankrupt if they continue this overbearing arsenal. Of course, all of this would end if the city council would rescind the sanctuary city policy.

If only ...

No Sanctuary Cities--Malibu, CA

Yes, Malibu declared itself a sanctuary city.

What arrogant virtue signalling!

Let's be honest, though. This move can really hurt this city. After all, they depend on federal funding to shore up the coastline, don't they?

More Winning: Abused Central American Minors Parole Program to be Terminated

The United States Government has expended ample accomodation for refugees fleeing other countries.

It's now time for our government to carry more concern for American citizens, not for illegal aliens.

Even for foreign nationals who have entered seek refuge in our country, enough has become enough. There will always be wars and rumors of wars throughout the world.

There does come a point, however, in which we need to take care of our own.

For decades, Latin American refugees have come to the United States. An amnesty policy did not improve matters in 1987.

Now we have a President who is properly taking matters into his own hands to ensure that America remains a country which puts Americans first!

Here are key portions from the announcement in the federal register:

ACTION:

Notice.

SUMMARY:

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is publishing this notice to notify the public that it will no longer provide special consideration of parole for certain individuals denied refugee status in El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras under the Central American Minors (CAM) Parole Program.

DATES:

Applicable August 16, 2017.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

Background

On December 1, 2014, DHS and the U.S. Department of State (DOS) announced that the U.S. Government would allow certain minors in El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras to be considered for refugee status in the United States.[1This program, known as the CAM Refugee Program, allows certain parents lawfully present in the United States to request a refugee resettlement interview for unmarried children under 21 years of age, and certain other eligible family members, in Guatemala, El Salvador, or Honduras. The parent in the United States must be lawfully present [2in order to request that his or her child be provided access to the program and considered for refugee resettlement. In general, under current immigration laws, only lawful permanent residents and U.S. citizens can file family-based immigrant visa petitions. Therefore, many of the qualifying parents under the program are unable to file an immigrant petition for their in-country relatives. INA 204(a); 8 U.S.C. 1154(a). As a result, most of the beneficiaries of the program do not have another process under our immigration laws to enter the United States. On November 15, 2016, the program was expanded to include other qualifying relatives.[3]
Qualifying children who were denied refugee status under the CAM Refugee Program were considered by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), a component of DHS, for parole into the United States on a case-by-case basis under the CAM Parole Program. A qualifying child's accompanying parent, sibling, or child who was also denied refugee status was also considered for parole into the United States on a case-by-case basis under the program. If USCIS found a child to be ineligible for refugee status, the decision notice informed the child of whether he or she had been instead conditionally approved for parole into the United States under the CAM Parole Program.
The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) confers upon the Secretary of Homeland Security the discretionary authority to parole applicants for admission into the United States “temporarily under such conditions as [DHS] may prescribe only on a case-by-case basis for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit,” regardless of the individuals' admissibility. INA sec. 212(d)(5)(A); 8 U.S.C. 1182(d)(5)(A); see 8 CFR 212.5(a) and (c) through (e) (discretionary authority for establishing conditions of parole and for terminating parole). Accordingly, parole determinations are made on a case-by-case basis, taking into account each individual's unique circumstances.
In general, if USCIS favorably exercises its discretion to authorize parole, either USCIS or DOS issues Start Printed Page 38927travel documents to enable the applicant to travel to a U.S. port-of-entry and request parole from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to join his or her family member. The ultimate determination whether to parole an individual into the United States is made by CBP officers upon the individual's arrival at a U.S. port of entry.
Unlike refugee status, parole does not lead to any immigration status. Parole also does not constitute an admission to the United States. INA secs. 101(a)(13)(B), 212(d)(5)(A); 8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(13)(B), 1182(d)(5)(A). Once an individual is paroled into the United States, the parole allows the individual to stay temporarily in the United States and to apply for employment authorization. See8 CFR 274a.12(c)(11). The alien may stay in the United States unless and until the parole is terminated. See 8 CFR 212.5(e).
The CAM Parole Program was established based on the Secretary's discretionary parole authority and the broad authority to administer the immigration laws. SeeINA secs. 103(a), 212(d)(5); 8 U.S.C. 1103(a), 1182(d)(5). DHS is rescinding the discretionary CAM parole policy, which was instituted for “significant public benefit” reasons, of automatically considering parole for all individuals found ineligible for refugee status under the in-country refugee program in Guatemala, Honduras, or El Salvador. This discretionary change in policy does not preclude such individuals from applying for parole consideration independent of the CAM program by filing USCIS Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, consistent with the instructions for that form. Parole will only be issued on a case-by-case basis and only where the applicant demonstrates an urgent humanitarian or a significant public benefit reason for parole and that applicant merits a favorable exercise of discretion. Any alien may request parole to travel to the United States, but an alien does not have a right to parole.
As of August 16, 2017, USCIS will no longer consider or authorize parole under the CAM Parole Program. In addition, USCIS will notify individuals who have been conditionally approved for parole under this program and who have not yet traveled that the program has been terminated and their conditional approval for parole has been rescinded. As noted above, such individuals may apply for parole consideration independent of the CAM program by filing USCIS Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, consistent with the instructions for that form.
Although DHS is terminating the CAM Parole Program, individuals who have been paroled into the United States under the CAM Parole program will maintain parole until the expiration of that period of parole unless there are other grounds for termination of parole under DHS regulations at 8 CFR 212.5(e). CAM parolees already in the United States also may apply for re-parole on Form I-131 before their current parole period expires or apply for any immigration status for which they may be otherwise eligible. They are encouraged to submit any requests for re-parole at least 90 days before expiration of their period for parole. USCIS will consider each request for re-parole based on the merits of each application and may re-parole individuals who demonstrate urgent humanitarian reasons or a significant public benefit.
The termination of the CAM Parole Program does not affect the CAM Refugee Program and its operation.
General information about applying for parole by filing a Form I-131 may be found at http://www.uscis.gov/humanitarianparole.

Senate Conservatives Fund: Aftermath of Alabama Special Election

Senate Conservatives Fund

Arthur,

After weathering millions of dollars in false attacks, conservative Congressman Mo Brooks (R-AL) came up short yesterday and failed to make the Republican primary runoff for U.S. Senate in Alabama.

Congressman Brooks was surging three weeks ago, but the president's surprise endorsement of Luther Strange stalled the congressman's momentum. If Senator Mitch McConnell had not convinced the president to bail his candidate out at the last minute, Congressman Brooks would have made the runoff.

Despite his loss, we are very proud of Congressman Brooks and the spirited campaign that he ran. He was up against a massive political machine that lied to the voters about his record yet he stood strong and fought for conservative principles until the very end.

Mo Brooks displayed the kind of courage and leadership that we need in the Senate if we're ever going to save our country.

Senator Mitch McConnell succeeded in defeating Mo Brooks in this race, but he will ultimately be held accountable. No leader can remain in power by repeatedly lying to the American people.

I want to thank every SCF supporter who contributed to the Brooks for Senate campaign. He is a strong conservative, a valued member of the House Freedom Caucus, and a good man.

Mo Brooks was McConnell's top target in this race because he posed the greatest threat to McConnell's chosen candidate, and I'm extremely proud that we stood with him.

Sincerely,
Ken Cuccinelli II

Huntington Park City Council Comments (August 15, 2017)

On Saturday, August 12, Francisco Rivera was beaten up in front of the Superior Supermarket here in Huntington Park. Why? Because he’s a Trump supporter.

Where is the sanctuary for Francisco, a 40-year resident who has done more to clean up this city than the overpaid, underperforming code enforcers and police officers in Huntington Park? Despite the most vocal pleadings of corrupt Cosme or Silly Settles, or Alfred “Full Capacity” Martinez, this city is a de facto sanctuary city, or outlaw city, brazenly out of compliance with federal immigration laws.

Where is the sanctuary for Nick the Greek, Daniel Salazar, Jorge Sepulveda, Rudy Cruz, Betty Retama, and the thousands of other law-abiding immigrants—legal residents—in this city?

You are Brown Supremacists who attack anyone who loves this country. Now, let’s talk about who your supporters are:

Silvia Merlos, who targeted a group of children in Huntington Park, telling them that they were all going to get deported. Why did she assume that these children were illegal aliens? They had darker skin than she did. I have darker skin than she,  too! That’s outrageous racism. That’s Brown Supremacy for you … or is it white supremacy?

RG Wong, a delusional, illiterate trollope who insists on using flashlights when it’s bright insider. She can’t even pronounce my name right.

Jaguar Redfeather, a con artist who claims Lakota ancestry, a child abuser who harassed parents and children at a Fourth of July Event. He also hid behind a group of Huntington Park children. He kept chanting Mexico, even though this country is the United States.

David De La Tierra, another child abuser who threatened me with libel, even though he and his brown supremacist cohorts have charged me with racism and hatred—all unfounded.

Alex Sanchez, who got more offended because  I called out his racist, Democratic Party leaders for calling black people “niggers”, rather than the fact that the Democratic Party has denied the best interests of American citizens across the country, especially blacks.

Edin Enamorado, the hatchet-man for Cudahy Chris Garcia and his corruption, who called Americans “Wetbacks”, lied about a married couple while defaming other blacks, and compared illegal aliens to black slaves. And he was arrested for a felon which he refused to explain for at least a mont. What is he hiding?

By the way, a drunken Huntington Park resident stumbed in the parking lot last week. None of the aove helped him. But Jon Willis of Ontario and myself, we did.

And yet still we hear the charges of racism.

There is neither room nor justification for your continued lawlessness. Our President is bringing down the hammer on lawless cities and jurisdictions around the country.

And there’s more good news for We the People:

1. The Governor of West Virginia switched to the Republican Party. Democratic lawless amnesty panderers will lose another round of elections next year.
2. President Trump has overseen a massive expansion and growth of the economy
3. Illegal aliens, some who have lived in this country for decades, are getting deported in record numbers. This is what we have been waiting for. And there is nothing any of you can do about this.
4. Businesses are seeing record growth and profits, and that means more jobs, and more jobs for Americans

There is nothing you can do about it folks – our President is making America great again, and you cannot stop him.

Judge Roy Moore: We Did It! (Now Let's Win the Alabama Run-Off)

Friend,

We did it!

Conservatives across the country just delivered a crushing blow to Mitch McConnell with my first place finish in last night's Republican Primary for U.S. Senate in Alabama.

Friend, without the generous support, thoughts and prayers of thousands of patriots like you from across the country, I’m afraid Mitch McConnell’s vicious multi-MILLION dollar attack could have toppled my campaign in today’s election.
So thank you from the bottom of my heart.

But now is not the time to celebrate.

This fight is FAR from over.

You see, even though I finished first, there were 9 candidates on the ballot.
Since no candidate received more than 50% of the vote, the top two vote getters now face off in a September 26 run-off election.

That means you and I are headed for a September SHOWDOWN with Mitch McConnell’s hand-picked candidate.

And I’m afraid I’ve got some bad news.

Really bad news.

According to my Finance Team, fighting back against McConnell and Rove’s millions of dollars worth of vicious attacks exhausted my campaign coffers.
Based on current budget estimates, I need to raise $150,000 by midnight on August 31 to implement the first Phase of our Two-Phase Voter Contact and Outreach Victory Operation.

I need your support to finish the job on September 26.

Please don’t delay.

The September 26 run-off election is THE ultimate national showdown between the Washington establishment and conservative Republicans who are sick of Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan blocking any and all attempts at passing real reforms.

Real reforms like repealing ObamaCare . . .
Securing our border and building Trump’s wall . . .
Cracking down on illegal immigration . . .
Rebuilding our military . . .

And restoring respect for the Constitution and the rule of law in Washington.

But Friend, if you and I do not stop Mitch McConnell -- right now -- I’m afraid we may never get our country back on track.

If I’m elected to the U.S. Senate, I’ll join Rand Paul, Mike Lee and Ted Cruz on the frontlines of the fight to Drain the Swamp.

If you help me get to Washington, I’ll make sure Mitch McConnell is FIRED from his position as Senate Majority Leader.

You’ve got my word on that.

McConnell and Rove attack groups (Senate Leadership Fund and One Nation) spent millions of dollars during the first round attacking and slandering both me and my wife Kayla.
According to FEC documents, McConnell spent nearly all of the Senate Leadership Fund’s mid-year revenue attacking me and my campaign.
But SLF received a staggering $117 MILLION in donations for their U.S. Senate election program in 2016.
And I’m afraid this same pool of lobbyists and wealthy mega-donors are more than willing to bankroll McConnell and Rove’s next round of vicious attacks against me.

The good news is, the results of today’s election proved that if I can raise the resources to fight back against the establishment and get my message out to as many voters as possible across Alabama before September 26 -- you and I can DEFEAT McConnell and take our country back from the establishment.

But that depends on the immediate help and support of patriots like you.

Friend, if you think McConnell and Rove’s first-round of attacks were vicious, trust me -- it’s only going to get worse.

Much worse.

All you and I have to do is look at what happened in 2014 during the run-off election for U.S. Senate in Mississippi between conservative Chris McDaniel and McConnell’s hand-picked candidate Thad Cochran to understand just how nasty they’re going to get in the coming days.

As you may remember, in 2014 McConnell pulled every dirty trick in the book to defeat conservative Chris McDaniel in a Republican run-off election for U.S. Senate.

That’s just scratching the surface of the dirty tricks the establishment pulled on Chris McDaniel back in 2014.

But I’m sure you get the point.

Mitch McConnell and Karl Rove are ruthless.

And rumors are circulating they’re already scheming to turn out Democrat voters in the September 26 REPUBLICAN run-off.

I must be able to count on your continued support to help me fight back and win in this all-out war against the establishment.

Of course, I understand only a few people are able to afford $2,700 ($5,400 per couple) -- the maximum legal amount under federal law.

If you are such a person, I believe this race is an investment worth making.
But I also understand that $250 or $100 may be all many folks can give.
In fact, I know for some, $25 or $35 is a stretch.

And for others -- $5 or $10 can be a major sacrifice.

Whatever amount you can afford to donate at this time, please know your contribution is greatly appreciated and will be put to immediate use for my campaign.

You and I are on the verge of defeating the establishment and taking our country back.

But we must not let up now.

Thank you in advance for your support.
Sincerely,
Judge Roy Moore
