I found them by searching the lettering on the blonde kid's skateboard. Great camera btw.. I couldn't get detailed screenshots until I found your video posted.
I attest that this Vincent Nava fellow is the one who struck my sign and broke it.

Here is the first response that I received from Officer Neris:
Thank you for the Information. I will include it on our CA Filing. I am also putting together a photo lien up to ensure I have the correct Suspect. There is no mention on how you came up with the name Vincent Nava.

I then received this email from Officer Neris:
I am confident that your ID of the Suspect will suffice. I am submitting this case to the City Attorney today. I will notify you when I have a disposition.

I had intended to give an ID in a photo line, but there was no need for me to do so!
LA for Trump recorded the entire event. We capture clear positive ID's of the suspect, and provided ample evidence to connect the young man's identity.
Here is the latest email I received from Officer Neris:
There will be no need. His license photo and the photo you are clearly the same guy.

We have the name and the photo ID of the perpetrator.
We have at least three witnesses.
