Texas to Arrest Mayors of
Sanctuary Cities!
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said he would “hammer” local
officials if they resist federal efforts to deport immigrants in the country
illegally, according to the Associated Press.
I would add: break out the JACK-hammer or a wrecking ball, or anything else that you can find that will break down and destroy the raving destructions eating away at our cities.
It's time for American leaders to put Americans first!
Texas Republican lawmakers are readying a bill that would
allow for criminal charges against city or county officials who intentionally
don’t comply. Any county elected official, such as a sheriff, would face
immediate removal from office if convicted of official misconduct, AP reported.
What took them so long?
This should have happened two years ago!
Speaker Joe Strauss needs to get his act together, or someone sound off on his FINAL ACT in Austin.
The Texas bill is the latest sign some states are ready to
comply with President Trump’s executive orders on illegal immigration. Trump
also plans to enforce existing laws that should give him plenty of tools to
pressure local officials who refuse to detain illegal immigrants.
Wow! There's an idea! Enforce our laws! Enforce them now!
Many of the cities that implement policies to frustrate
efforts by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement office are known as
“sanctuary cities.”
Texas Republicans' latest measure makes perfect sense.
At its basic level, a mayor or county leaders who refuses to enforce federal law is misappropriating federal funds. The monies drawn in from taxpayers should not be subsidizing rampant lawlessness.
After all, illegal immigration brings in street crime, property crimes, and worst of all crimes against citizens themselves! Who has to pick up the tab for this wanton destruction? WE DO!

A provision in a proposed ban on
so-called sanctuary cities that passed the Republican-controlled state Senate
on Wednesday would allow for criminal charges against city or county officials
who intentionally don't comply. Any county elected official, such as a sheriff,
would face immediate removal from office if convicted of official misconduct.
The measure now goes to the Texas House, which also has a large
Republican majority.
Abbott, a Republican, pledged to sign an anti-sanctuary cities bill
into law and threatened to boot from office elected officials who refuse to
comply with it. The threat raised legal questions about the governor's power to
void local elections, but the new provision would put it in the hands of a
jury.
Notice how the media affirms that leadership of Republicans in Texas to stop this immoral lawlessness. These corrupt elected officials are engaging in misappropriation, dereliction of their duties, and conspiracy to violate federal law!
All of these actions are criminal. All of them!

Sanctuary cities are clearly breaking law — law passed in
the 1990s.
Title 8, Section 1373 of the U.S. Code states plainly that
"a Federal, State, or local government entity or official may not
prohibit, or in any way restrict, any government entity or official from
sending to, or receiving from, the Immigration and Naturalization Service
information regarding the citizenship or immigration status, lawful or
unlawful, of any individual."
No elected official is above the law. That's what makes America great -- and it;s time to make America Great Again.
No one in this country is above the law -- NO ONE!
Barack Obama thought that he could flip out his phone and break out his pen to dictate what would and would not happen. Corruption has run rampant in this country.
We the People are not going to tolerate this abuse of our funds any longer!
