Year Review, Social Media, Leaving Facebook

Before the year's end, I wanted to share with the greater public about what's been happening over the last year.

It's been a roller-coaster of opportunities victories, set-ups, settings, and set-backs.

I got arrested, but I also got honored.

I went to DC and connected with staffers, but also challenged elected officials. I saw the demise of the Democratic supermajority (again) in California.

President Trump has continued his MAGA Agenda despite setbacks from Republicans and Democrats in Congress and around the country. Republicans picked up one special election win after another. Virginia, New Jersey, and the special election in Alabama were a disappointment, but the fight is not over.

When Republicans pass tax reform next year, we will have more winning opportunities to get the base out there and win, win, win in Election 2018.

On a final major note, yes indeed I am leaving Facebook for good this time, since the platform is content to shut me out without explanation. These egregious affronts to my First Amendment Rights and against Freedom of Speech are all wrong.

They need to be countered, and it's time for us to just boycott Facebook and find other ways to get the word out and fight for what is right!

BREAKING! The Illegal Alien DACA DREAM Act Movement is Dying. Here's Why

The last two weeks have shown a steady decrease in open border advocates and the pro-amnesty left at key events and protests. At Ed Royce's Brea office two weeks ago, I drove there and joined with other members of We the People Rising after our office visit to Rep. Paul Cook's office in Apple Valley.

It was a busy day, to say the least.

The Indivisible 39 Group showed up to protest Royce's vote on Tax Reform. Despite the misconceptions people on the Left have about cutting taxes and ending regulatory burdens, the truth is that allowing corporations to keep more of their earnings allows for more company growth, hiring, expansion, productivity, etc.

Who would not want that?

While the Indivisibles knocked out their protests against Royce, We the People Rising kept waiting for the DACA protesters to show up.

We waited, and waited some more. After about 30 minutes, the pro-illegals still did not show up. I finally asked Gary and Robin their take on the pro-illegal diminution. Grindall61 pointed out that the public at large is getting tired of the DACA brats tirade. All the screaming, yelling, and protesting in the streets, disrupting events, going after elected officials is not working. We the People, the law-abiding, tax-paying citizens have had more than our fill of illegals who have no right to live in the country.

In spite of their unlawful presence in the country, they have been blessed, and they should be glad that they have received what they have. Now they need to return to their home countries, regardless of whether they lived in this country since they were three years old, or they were brought here at 17 or they just arrived illegally across the border.

The illegals have lost the sympathy of the American voters.

Robin reminded me and the audience at large that there are millions of Americans in great need. Homeless veterans, foster children, mental ill, and unemployed Americans of all backgrounds in great need. It's time for the federal government to take care of American citizens. Why does this bother people? The guilt trips from the progressives, and the greed of the Chamber of Compromise has taken its toll on the national discussion for so long. Yet more Americans are learning about the great harms which illegal immigration has inflicted on average Americans.

These amnesty factions have forgotten one of Saul Alinsky's important Rules for Radicals: "A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag." They are drag, and the American people can;t wait for ICE and other law enforcement officials to drag illegal aliens into jails, detention centers, then back to their home countries.

Take a Hint, Senator Mendoza: Democrats are Saying "¡Afuera!"

I predicted last month that State Senator Tony Mendoza (D-Artesia) was going to resign by the end of the year.

It's getting close, but the pressure is ramping up across the state for Mendoza to leave office. Retiring State Senate President Pro Tem Kevin "Stolen SSI" De Leon is pressuring his former room mate to get out of dodge.

Now more colleagues in the state senate are demanding the same.

Tony, Tony, Tony, take a hint: ¡Afuera!

California state senators call on LA-area colleague to resign amid misconduct probe
State Sen. Tony Mendoza, D-Artesia, listens at the Capitol in Sacramento, Calif. Mendoza has agreed pay more than $60,000 in fines to settle allegations by the Fair Political Practices Commission, that he wrongly transferred money out of a campaign committee to other Democratic state candidates and failed to disclose the transfer, Friday, Nov. 4, 2016.

It has gone from bad to worse for Mendoza.

Women have come forward accusing him of sexual misconduct.

Staffers who blew the whistle on his questionable behavior were fired, and now they are complaining. Now we have campaign violations.

Mendoza has to got to go-za!

California Senate leader Kevin de Leon ramped up pressure Thursday on Sen. Tony Mendoza — his former roommate and a fellow Democrat — to take a leave of absence until an investigation into his alleged sexual misconduct ends.

Leave of absence is not good enough. No elected officials who has committed misconduct of such an egregious kind should remain in office.

Mendoza hasn't agreed.

You watch--this is going to change very soon.

"It's an ongoing conservation," de Leon told reporters.

De Leon, in the midst of a campaign against U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein, made his comments during a press conference where he announced the state Senate's hiring of two law firms to handle all sexual harassment complaints made against senators and their staff for the next two years.

De Leon is going to lose the women vote that he desperately needs to chop into to beat DiFi. Certainly Feinstein is hoping that these overwhelming revelations will drag down her biggest contenders chances going into next year.

But will it matter?

Organizers of the mid-October letter, who now have a group called "We Said Enough," criticized de Leon's actions as "woefully inadequate" and said the Senate should be working hand-in-hand with the Assembly rather than going at it alone.

"We Said Enough" is taking a more aggressive stance than "Me too." Women in Sacramento don't want more joining the ranks of victimhood. They want all working women in the state capital to have the liberty and integrity to work hard and do well for all California citizens.

"The approach does not reflect any kind of independent investigation," said Samantha Corbin, a lobbyist and the group's co-founder. "An attorney hired by the Legislature is still subject to attorney-client privilege."

BINGO! No hiding, De Leon! No hiding, Mendoza!

The truth is, though, that Mendoza needs to go. He has had plenty of time to take on these allegations with the truth. Senator De Leon does not want the distraction, and he will threaten the funding for Mendoza's re-election bid in 2018. It's time to go, Tony!

Call his office, and Tell Mendoza: "Take a hint! It's time to go! ¡Afuera!"

The California Democratic Party's #MeToo Problem Continues

Craig Cheslog, California Democratic Party Regional Director for the Northern California Second District, was forced to step down following widespread grassroots pressure throughout the state.

His crime? Sexual assault and misconduct. The state's elected Democratic representatives are out of control, and now even the CA Democratic Party brass are out of line with one another!

The Los Angeles Times reports:

A regional director with the California Democratic Party submitted his resignation on Thursday, nearly two weeks after a 23-year-old woman reported that he sexually assaulted her last year, spurring party leaders to seek his ouster.

Wow! The Democrats are eating their own and in the most liberal of states, too!

Craig Cheslog served as Region 2 director spanning the East Bay, Napa, Sonoma and the Clearlake areas. In a statement, his lawyer, Mary P. Carey, said she and her client were “confident that a full and fair exploration of this matter, undertaken in an appropriate, fact-governed venue, would exonerate Mr. Cheslog.”

“We are prepared, if necessary, to put forward the facts of this matter in just such a venue,” she said.

Democratic Party Chairman Eric Bauman and other officials initially called for Cheslog’s removal in a Nov. 29 letter to state party secretary Jenny Bach. They said he was seen acting “in an inappropriate and sexually aggressive manner” toward a member of the party in a public area of the Westin San Francisco Airport Hotel, following a Nov. 18 executive board meeting.

“The level to which this activity advanced made a number of those in attendance uncomfortable,” the letter stated. It added that another member reported "that Mr. Cheslog raped her at a CDP executive board meeting the previous year."

My next question: when will grassroots demand the ouster of CA Democratic Party chairman Eric Bauman?!

Wow! Who would have believed that the California Democratic Party would have such a #MeToo problem? I mean, they claim to be the party that cares about women and women's rights, right?

#MeToo, Eric Bauman?

Don't they believe in protecting a woman's right to choose? Yes, when it comes to killing a child, but not when it comes to accepting or refusing a man's advances.

It certainly does not apply to women's decision to come forward denouncing sexual harassment in their own liberal ranks. The rank hypocrisy of the California Democratic Party is beyond stifling.

War on women? Thy name is California Democratic Party.

SCF: Josh Hawley for US Senate in Missouri

Senate Conservatives Fund
Josh Hawley for U.S. Senate

We are very proud to endorse conservative state Attorney General Josh Hawley (R-MO) for the U.S. Senate against liberal Senator Claire McCaskill (D-MO) in Missouri.

Hawley is a full-spectrum conservative with a proven record of fighting for our principles and values, he has strong grassroots support in Missouri, and he can win.

Watch this short video.

Hawley is a conservative constitutional attorney and the first Republican Attorney General in Missouri since 1993. He's a graduate of Stanford University and Yale Law School who has argued numerous cases before state courts, federal district courts, federal courts of appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Josh Hawley served as one of the lead attorneys in Burwell v. Hobby Lobby, a major Supreme Court decision that exempted employers with religious objections from Obamacare's pro-abortion regulations.

As Attorney General, he has fought for ethics reform and taken on the EPA and its job-killing regulations. He's a courageous conservative who will strengthen the U.S. Senate.

If he's elected, he will fight to stop the massive spending, bailouts, and debt that are bankrupting our country.

Please join us in supporting Josh Hawley for U.S. Senate by making a generous contribution to his campaign.

President Trump has already endorsed Hawley saying, “Josh, you have my word. When you’re ready, I’m going to come here and campaign with you.”

This is one of the most important Senate races in the country. Many believe it gives Republicans one of the best pick-up opportunities where Claire McCaskill is increasingly unpopular.

Please help us defeat Claire McCaskill by making a contribution to Josh Hawley's Senate campaign.

SCF will pay all processing expenses and transfer 100% of your donation directly to his campaign.

Donating to Hawley through SCF is the best way to support him. He saves money and knows the support is coming from conservatives who will stand with him in the fight for our principles.

Thank you for supporting this outstanding candidate and for doing so much to promote conservative leadership in Washington.

Leftist Indivisibles "NO SHOW" At Their Rep Ed Royce Protest!
12/14/17 Rep Ed Royce's District Office, Brea, CA

Report by Robin Hvidston

The leftist Indivisible  group has been targeting Republican Congressman Ed Royce of the 39th district, in Orange County. The group is Indivisible CA 39. This liberal group had scheduled a protest in front of the congressman's district office for 12/14/17. So Trump Supporters decided to stage a counter rally.

VIDEO: Trump Supporters staged a rally at the site where leftist protesters were a "no show" for their own event!

Only 2 very quiet protesters showed up and they actually did not even stage a protest. The Indivisible CA 39 protesters were scheduled to meet at the EMPTY Orange Grove Fountain above.

Raul Rodriguez interviewed the 2 very quiet protesters, and they confirmed they were members of the Indivisible CA 39 group. They departed after observing the Trump Rally for about 20 minutes. The instructions for the weekly protest of Congressman Ed Royce said to meet at the Orange Grove Fountain in front of Congressman Ed Royce's office.

The Indivisible Movement has ties to George Soros according to a Daily Signal article.

The Indivisible Guide
Donald Trump is the biggest popular-vote loser in history to ever call himself President. In spite of the fact that he has no mandate, he will attempt to use his congressional majority to reshape America in his own racist, authoritarian, and corrupt image. If progressives are going to stop this, we must stand indivisibly opposed to Trump and the Members of Congress (MoCs) who would do his bidding. Together, we have the power to resist — and we have the power to win.

We know this because we’ve seen it before. The authors of this guide are former congressional staffers who witnessed the rise of the Tea Party. We saw these activists take on a popular president with a mandate for change and a supermajority in Congress. We saw them organize locally and convince their own MoCs to reject President Obama’s agenda. Their ideas were wrong, cruel, and tinged with racism— and they won.

We believe that protecting our values, our neighbors, and ourselves will require mounting a similar resistance to the Trump agenda — but a resistance built on the values of inclusion, tolerance, and fairness. Trump is not popular. He does not have a mandate. He does not have large congressional majorities. If a small minority in the Tea Party could stop President Obama, then we the majority can stop a petty tyrant named Trump.

FAIR Needs YOU to Help Stop the Year-End Amnesty Rush
On Dec. 22, there is a strong possibility that the federal government will shut down. Why? Because of overt threats from Democrats and pro-amnesty Republicans who want to hold the government hostage to enact an unconditional amnesty for millions of illegal aliens (not just DACA recipients).
In other words, if the government shuts down, it will be because one side was willing to sacrifice the interests of the American people in order to reward millions of lawbreakers.
This cannot stand. Right now, Congress has a responsibility to fund the continued operation of our government. As part of this process, there is no legal or ethical obligation to also grant amnesty to illegal aliens who have violated our immigration laws.
Amnesty should never be the number one priority for Congress. Especially not now!
We finally have a president who is committed to securing our borders, protecting American jobs, ending chain migration, and stopping dangerous sanctuary cities. The president, like you, understands those are the priorities, not mass amnesty. Given that, wouldn't it be a shame if the only thing Congress did on immigration this whole year was to simply grant amnesty to illegal aliens?!
This is why FAIR needs YOU to help to stop the year-end amnesty rush. Call your three Members of Congress and urge them to make sure the upcoming spending bill to fund the government is free of any amnesties for illegal aliens.
Contact your Representative: 202-883-4964
Contact your two Senators: 202-873-9877
Also call House Speaker Paul Ryan and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and urge them to stand strong in the face of amnesty demands from Democrats and even members of their own party. Tell them you are firmly against any amnesty for illegal aliens as part of a spending bill.
Contact Speaker Ryan: 202-858-3626
Contact Majority Leader McConnell: 202-759-7684
After you make these calls, use the handy form here to contact these lawmakers through email and social media.

Silver Linings to the Alabama US Senate Disaster

Despite the media projections and the hopes of GOP grassroots, I am pleasantly surprised about my reaction to Judge Roy Moore's unprecedented and unfortunate loss in Alabama. It’s sad, but no soul-crushing. I’m learning to have some perspective about these losses.

Still, who would have thought that a left-wing wannabe Obama Democrat would carry the win in Deeply Red Roll Tide Alabama? But hard-core Obama clone Doug Jones--so far--has pulled it off. Judge Moore has not conceded the race yet, and he has not spoken with Jones. The margin of victory is 1.5%, but all the absentee ballots have not been counted, including military ballots. Reports have surfaced that voter fraud occurred in the major urban regions, especially with turnout suggesting that 92% of Democratic voters showed up to the polls. Such outcomes are highly unrealistic even if true.

Also, videos have surfaced with liberal poll workers who said that they came from out of state and VOTED. What?! That is outrageous! To add doubt to controversy, the Alabama Supreme Court also issued a ruling which allows for the destruction of the paper ballots. Something stinks in Mobile.

But even if there is nothing left to contest in this election, and Doug Jones retains his victory, there are a number of silver linings to this Alabama disaster:

1. The Democrats will have to contend with a weak member of the Upper Chamber who represents a deeply conservative state. You can bet that he will face massive pressure to vote conservative despite his liberal campaign promises. Will Jones have a chance at re-election in two years? How can he possibly vote and hope for any kind of victory next time? Some pundits have called Doug Jones the Democrats' Scott Brown, recalling the Republican state senator from Wrentham, Massachusetts who defeated Massachusetts liberal Attorney General Martha Coakley to become the next US Senator, replacing the deceased Ted Kennedy.

Brown lost his re-election bid during the contentious Presidential election in 2012. Doug Jones will face an epic defeat in 2020 as the Trump agenda brings up the polling and national voting trends a second time. Very likely, Congressman Mo Brooks will be the front-runner and GOP nominee and stomp on Jones.

2. Congressman Mo Brooks was the favorite for conservatives and political commentators. He had established a clear conservative record on all major issues. He was very good on immigration, and had submitted a very simple bill to repeal Obamacare completely.

This week, Brooks disclosed on the House floor that he has aggressive prostate cancer. Had he won the GOP nomination in Alabama, he would not have gotten the life-saving screening about his health condition. "Losing the US Senate race saved my life!" Brooks declared. Indeed, as Judge Moore declared, God works in mysterious ways. Brooks will live to fight another day, whether in the House or as many hope in the United States Senate.

3. Because their ranks have lost one member, the Republican Majority in the US Senate is feeling the heat like never before, as they should. What have they been doing with their majority for the last eleven months? Yes, they installed an impressive array of judicial nominees throughout the federal court system. They have also passed key legislation to fortify our military, pay our armed personnel, and protect our veterans.

But the big promises on immigration, health care, and taxes have remained unfulfilled. That is, unless Congress gets moving on the major tax reform package working its way through conference. McConnell is about to lose a reliable GOP vote because of the disastrous results in Alabama, and outgoing incumbent Luther Strange has been good enough when needed on the tax votes. Republicans have to get tax reform done, or face worse consequences in the coming months.

Also, Moore's loss also highlights Majority Leader McConnell's weakness and growing unpopularity with the national grassroots and party brass. After tax reform, let's prepare for McConnell to call it quits, just as reports have surfaced that House Speaker Paul Ryan will be exiting after the 2018 Elections.

4. Vice President Mike Pence will have a more featured role in Congressional politics and legislation, and that is a good thing. In January, Republicans will have a slim 51-49 majority. We can expect more 50-50 votes, and Pence will loom large to break those ties. Trump won in large part because of energized Evangelicals. Selecting Mike Pence as VP was a winning move for the President, since he shored up confidence with the wavering Christian and social conservative voters throughout the country on that pick. A more prominent Pence will remind Republicans how important it is to vote in 2018 and 2020.

5. Democrats have lost their favorite sexual harassment foil with Moore's seeming loss. US Senator Al Franken is gone, doggone it! More liberal press agents and reporters are disappearing or getting suspended because of sexual assault and misconduct allegations. Conservatives may have lost one race, but we are winning the culture wars as major institutions, overtaken by the left, are falling apart under their own immoral hypocrisy.

The loss in Alabama is a temporary setback, but a strong goad to Congressional Republicans to get busy and an opportunity for conservatives to reassess the upcoming fights and get busy for Election 2018. Romney lost in 2012, which dragged down Republican chances in the House and the US Senate that year. But then came 2014, and the GOP enjoyed epic victories all over the country. Romney's loss also paved the way for President Trump in 2016, who has far exceeded expectations. Conservatives should look forward to more winning like those previous victories despite Moore's unpleasant loss in Alabama.

FCC Repeals Net Neutrality (AP Exposes Left-wing Bias, Again)

The Net Neutrality Rules have been repealed by the FCC.

The media will point out that party-line vote which shut down the government overreach which promised fairness, yet would have ended up creating massively more unfairness.

Big Business loves more regulations, of course, because they can hire more lawyers and purchase politicians to throw things their way.

But every individual citizen and small business owner should rejoice that the FCC repealed the net neutrality nonsense pushed by President Barack Obama and legion of progressive trolls.

Of course, the AP had to throw their uneducated bias into the mix when reporting on the decision:
When will they learn?

We are not going to be lectured to or  intimidated by a decaying, declining media. They embrace left-wing talking points and liberal agendas, and the widespread readership in this country knows full well not to trust what they have to report.

The brazen editorializing in the tweet above says it all

"Rules that guaranteed access"? As if!

Let FCC Chairman Ajit Pai explain what net neutrality would have really done, and why we should be glad that it's gone:

We the People Rising Chant to Corona Illegals: "Racists Go Home!"

Turnabout is fair play, in my opinion.

Illegal aliens and their enablers gathered on the steps of Corona City Hall to demand a Clean DREAM Act. Who do they think they are? This country is not their country, and these Congressmen do not represent them. They represent American citizens, taxpayers, and men and women who live in this country legally.

Shame on these arrogant illegal aliens!

They love playing the race card, too. Luis Nolasco shared in Rialto, CA, that "white people only have five years left", a very offensive, racist remarks which exposes the Brown Supremacy agenda for what it is.

It's unreal the kind of abuse that American citizens have tolerated from illegal aliens and the enabling organizations which have gathered around them and championed their cause. This is just wrong, and we should not tolerate it.

So, as they took down their Christmas celebration, We the People Rising chanted right back at them:

"Racists, go home! Racists, go home!"

Connecticut Congressman Exploits Sandy Hook Massacre

Congressman Jim Himes of Connecticut plays to the baser nature of local politics, pushing for more gun control, even though every major study has debunked restrictions on gun control as effective.

Connecticut is facing a political paradigm shift. After 8 years of Democratic rule, the state is going bankrupt. Republicans are winning local elections again because the Democrats have done untold damage to the business climate and the public safety of Connecticut citizens.

The state capital is facing bankruptcy as we speak. Republicans have finally begun gaining seats in the state legislatures, too, since they are offering solutions and following through on them. Some Democrats in swing districts are joining with the Republican program because they fear for their own seats in upcoming elections.

Shame on Democrats for demagoguing the Sandy Hook massacre of 2012. Want to stop gun crimes and gun massacres? Expand concealed carry and constitutional carry! Simple as that.

 HomeBiographyContact UsConstituent ServicesIssuesNewsroomDistrict
Dear Friends,
Five years ago today, 20 children and six adults were killed, in cold blood, in a place of learning. I thought then that the despondency, anger, and hopelessness would surely transform into action to ensure that it would never happen again.
I thought that Sandy Hook would push Congress to act – to act for sanity, for commonsense, for life. But it didn't. Bills to strengthen our nation’s background check system and to curb the proliferation of assault weapons both failed – despite even the sponsorship of legislators with “A” ratings from the National Rifle Association for their voting records.
In the time since the murders at Sandy Hook, there have been over 30 moments of silence on the House Floor, for San Bernardino.  Orlando.  Alexandria.  Las Vegas. And on and on.
Silence is all congressional leadership can muster. There have been zero real votes on gun safety legislation. On the contrary, we voted last week on a measure that makes it easier for people to carry guns onto federal lands, into school zones, and into cities and states which have passed laws to protect their citizens. Soon, we may vote on a bill that will make it easier to buy silencers. I believe the House Republican majority has no interest in seriously considering what we might do to stanch the flow of blood that characterizes this country, and this country alone.
Still, I have hope. We can be proud of the commonsense firearm laws enacted in Connecticut that protect our citizens from gun violence. Other states have acted, too, like Maryland, New York, and Hawaii. What’s more, Americans – 94%, according to a recent Quinnipiac poll – support universal background checks on all firearm purchases. One day, our congressional leaders will have the courage to bring this – the will of the people – to the House Floor for an up or down vote.
Until that day, we must persevere. We must do it for Charlotte, Daniel, Olivia, and Josephine. We must do it for Madeleine, Dylan, Catherine, Chase and Jesse. For Allison, Benjamin, Noah, Jessica and Caroline. For Ana, James, Grace, Emilie, and Jack. Avielle, Anne Marie, Rachel, Dawn and Mary. For Vicky and Lauren. And we must do it for the more than 150,000 Americans who have perished by firearm over these past five years.
All of our great struggles – suffrage, civil rights, healthcare – took decades to resolve. We can break the cycle of violence, but Congress must act. We have no other choice.
