The LA Times described an unexpected contraction of the United States economy as “shrinkage”. I immediately thought of the popular sitcom Seinfeld.
Has Elaine Benes or George Costanza joined the newspapers reporting staff, or what?
Perhaps they should write about President Barack “Bubble Boy”Obama, who continues to live in a bubble of blaming President George W. Bush and Congressional Republicans for the country’s economic woes.
Americans are supposed to be “Masters of their Domain”,even if Democrats won most of the contests in 2012. Obama’s every act, policy, and executive order prove that the Democrats are doing nothing for the economy. Without a doubt, President Obama was not my “pick”,and his administration has not been a “Festivus for the rest of us”.
What better way to describe them than with words from the hilarious show about “nothing”.
To which Democrats say: “Not that there’s anything wrong with that!”
