CA Left Behind as Nation Goes to Right

The California Democrats are creating the very income and wealth disparities which they claim to abhor. Residents and businesses are leaving California for no income-tax Florida (which has terminated teacher tenure) and Texas (with a thriving economy).
While liberal California political elites (beholden to public sector unions) control Sacramento and continue the Golden State’s  tilt to the left with higher taxes, more regulations, and increased spending, Midwestern states have enacted budget reforms, cost-cutting measures, and school choice programs.
Following Governor Scott Walker’s brave example in Wisconsin, Michigan has joined the ranks of twenty-three others states to enact “right-to-work” legislation, which Republican Governor Rick Snyder signed into law Tuesday.

California Republicans should sit back and let Sacramento Democrats discredit their talking points: “rich must pay their fair share”, “higher taxes equal higher revenues”, and “public sector unions care about the public sector.” In 2014, California voters will restore conservatives to power.
