I shared some of the revelations that I received from the last chapters of Judges.
The world gives off the strange idea that our times and morals and hopes are worse off than in the past. The nostalgia for the past is strong with mankind, as they are more willing to embrace the devil they know as opposed to devil that they do not know.
"Say not thou, What is the cause that the former days were better than
these? for thou dost not inquire wisely concerning this." (Ecclesiastes 7: 10)
Do not ask that things should be the way they were. . .
In truth, the whole Body of Christ must rejoice in that the devil has been judged (John 16: 11), and can never do wrong to any of us.
The evil that took place in Judges should actually give us more reason to pause and rest in the grace and mercy of God the Father. If the Israelites, who even then were engaged in some harrow iniquity, received enough grace that the tribe of Benjamin was not wiped out, how much can we rejoice that our worst iniquities are alll wiped away forever in the Blood of our Heavenly Benjamin, the Son of God seated at the right hand of God the Father.
